These terms cover this website, its dashboard, and the licenses it issues. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

"We" is the operator of wardensec.ai. This draft does not name the operator yet. It will before the site launches.

The product

Warden is in early access, and releases roll out over time. Nothing on this site is a promise that a release or a feature will be available to you on a given date, and features may change during early access.

Your account

• Give a real name and an email address where we can reach you.
• Keep your passkeys and recovery codes safe. Anyone who holds them can act as you.
• Do not use the site to attack it or anyone else, or to get around its limits.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk.

Licenses

• A license lets you run Warden for the one estate it names, until it expires.
• Licenses cost nothing today. Watch is free. Defend will be a paid plan; nothing is charged yet.
• A license file is checked offline. Retiring it in the dashboard does not stop the file from working before it expires.
• Do not alter a license file. An altered file fails verification.

No warranty

The site, the dashboard and the licenses are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using them.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change matters to you, you can delete your account.
